Project Description:
I need some help uploading around 20 real estate listings to a website. The job includes for each listing:
- entering data about the property including name, bedrooms, bathrooms, location (including google map pin placement)
- creating a headline for the listing
- rewriting existing copy to provide a long and short description that fits the website format
- entering tariffs and inclusions
- selecting images, and uploading them
Each record will take about 45 minutes to an hour to work through, and there is sometimes some quick web research required (particularly to check location for the google map pin).
The site is set up to be fairly simple to enter data for the listings, with web interfaces for everything so no particular tech experience is required, however I am looking for someone who is very familiar with the web, has some copywriting or editing experience, and has a good internet connection.
Requirements:
- excellent written english
- basic photo image editing (just reducing file size from high res images)
- copywriting or editing experience a benefit (particularly real estate)
- attention to detail (data entered needs to be accurate)
