NOTE FOR GPS TERRA:
Dear Terra, if you have already completed 10 articles assigned in connection with Project 2, you may not be able to send through that project site, as the project had been frozen after selection of one provider out of the 2 required. As, there was no scope to contact you through the PMB for that project, a new project was created solely for you and extended twice just to make way for your submission of articles. If articles have been completed please bid on this project, which will open the PMB for you and you can send the articles through the PMB.
