Project Description:
We have a series of reports that require proofreading for content, consistency, grammar and spelling. These reports will then require a final proofread following design layout, looking at both text and layout of the publication.
Our company has developed a personality assessment and development system, called the Striving Styles. We have reports for various applications, e.g. relationships, parenting, teaching, children. There are 8 different report types. For each report type, there is a template report plus 7 more reports (one for each style). The template text at the beginning and end of each report is the same within each report type. This means there are about 10-12 unique pages for each report, and the template needs to be edited once in the final proofread of each report.
The work will be completed in stages and you will be provided with the opportunity to specifically quote on each report (set of 8) as the page requirements do vary from report to report.
The first phase is our Relationship Reports, approximately 10 pages in length which require proofreading, front to back. The template for this report has already been finalized.
We have our own style sheet and formatting checklist that must be adhered to in this process.
This project is to start immediately.
