Project Description:
Looking for multiple Virtual Assistants - this project is for the first position.
English language proficiency is a must. (Later positions also for German and Italian language assistants.)
Tasks will involve sending promotional emails, maintaining the CRM software (insight.ly), and following up on leads. Potentially also bidding on my company's behalf on websites similar to freelancer.com.
I would prefer to do this on a per task base as opposed to hourly base (wherever possible), since this works out to be fairer for everyone involved and avoids problems due to mismatched expectations.
Place your bid based on your hourly rate please but also state how many times you foresee you could accomplish the following cycle of tasks in one hour of work:
1. Enter information (Name, Company Name, Email Address, Website) into CRM [using insight.ly]
2. Edit Email Template to reflect Name and Company Name
3. Enter Email Address, Personalised Subject and Edited Email Template Text
4. Double-check modified data
5. Send email
6. Record sending of email in CRM and set a reminder for follow-up
Also, due to tediousness of tasks, please state how many hours a day you could productively and happily do a simple group of tasks as the above.
