1 CEO Assistant
Work with CEO and an award winning journalist/host in NY
Fluent in English (please only apply if you can write professional documents in English and Chinese), excellent with office (power point, word, excel), know how to use social media including facebook, twitter, weibo
Locate in NY, organized, responsible and a good communicator
Able to work remotely and sometimes on site in NY
Schedule CEO meetings, follow up and prepare presentations/emails with high level executives and celebrities in various industries in America and China
Excellent research skills, familiar with media, video, PR, business, marketing, executive assistant is preferred
Can work flexible hours on weekdays, nights and weekends for at least a few hours for 5 days a week and sometimes full day
Skills in photoshop, web, blog and taking photos or able to learn quickly
Prefer someone with working status or OPT for at least 6 months
Translate documents between English and Chinese
It may develop into a full time position
2 Media/video producer, Blogger/writer/contributor (Part time, for those who are interested at China NY events in English or Chinese on lifestyle. Welcome student contributors who can write-please email samples.)
Research, call, shoot, produce and edit video and photo content with equipments like SONY PD170, premiere,
final cut pro, photoshop (Please note if or what equipment you have such as digital or video camera)
Write headlines and content in English and Chinese
Use social media twitter, facebook and weibo to promote content
3 Internship
Media, business, PR, marketing opportunities, bi lingual in English and Chinese preferred, unpaid but great
network and Xinlang TV but it's the largest informationment site to its fan! I prefer someone who is hard working and learn quickly
All positions are open now and internship is consistent throughout the year which we may provide credit and website internship confirmation. Must be able to work without visa sponsorship for at least 6 months, all of these may lead to a full time position with visa sponsorship.
