Need to buy out a partner of his 12% shareholding and since his revenue is critical to business need to lock him in to a 12 month consultancy. we have draft S&P and 12 mth fixed consultancy agreement, but very much in his favour, he is quite aggressive
I need experienced in recommendation and partnering with me to represent my needs, recommendations, drafting etc
