I need a proposal writer to respond to a brief 3 page RFP to host a banner advertisement on a website for 30 days. The 3 page RFP from which a writer must derive a proposal and cover letter includes the following sections:
1) Background
2) Objectives and expected outputs
3) Scope of Services
4) Deliverables and Outputs
5) Time and Method of payment
6) Key Performance Indicators
7) Competencies
8) Qualifications and requirements
The writer will be provided with data about the website's marketing audience, its website traffic, its background and the competencies of its staff, the banner ad specifications and anything else required to complete the proposal.
Please specify when you could start and deliver the proposal and the estimated total cost. Advantage will be given to candidates who can complete the proposal by Sunday evening and work through Google Documents to facilitate collaboration.
