This is my Take on Coffee - the Perfect Pick Me Up
Is it the aroma of the coffee brewing or the bitter sweet taste of that perfectly brewed liquid that lures me back time after time? I know people who despise the thought of a hot drink but that doesn’t stop the compliments as they step into my home after a fresh pot of coffee has been brewing.
“I wish I liked coffee, that smells fantastic!”
To the true coffee addict when needed a good spoonful of instant will suffice but it has to be strong and added to the water so as not to burn off the flavor.
If you’ve known the allure of real coffee, roasted rich dark beans freshly ground only moments before they have been added to the pot, the perfect water temperature dripping slowly over the grains is a delight to the senses. There is no instant coffee invented that will match the real deal.
Add milk and sugar to taste but never too much of either. Be sure to enjoy coffee for the aroma and savor that rich deep taste that only coffee can deliver.over 1 year ago

It calls birds to your yard and sooths you as you sit beside a still pool. Water, from whence man has supposedly arisen, is the drink that I will have with my dinner.

Mojito
Everytime I go to the beach, I scout for shops that sell the perfect mojito. This rum-based cuban drink just makes everything seem much better. Lime and soda water just make a wonderful combination especially in very hot countries like the Philippines. This drink may taste like a juice drink but it still has that kick that will surely put you to sleep. I love it when it is mixed with bacardi rhum instead of that local stuff that we have here in manila because bacardi rum has a way of enhancing all the flavors.
