Project Description:
I plan to publish a book of short stories for children. The book contains educational and inspirational stories featuring animal or human characters, sometimes with magical abilities. It is split in 3 themes: friendship, adventure and the elements.
Since I'm not a native English speaker and the book is in English, I would need a native with writing experience to edit it for me.
I would prefer an editor with some experience in writing or editing for children.
A must of this project is for the file to be provided back in an ebook format, ready to be published for Kindle. This means that the editor will also have to ensure that the Kindle publishing guidelines are respected and the book can be published immediately after editing.
I will provide a Pages file, that includes the formatting I find appropriate for the book: fonts, spacing, paragraphs. I will also provide the cover image in .png format.
I expect to receive back the edited version of the Pages file, as well as the ebook package, ready to be uploaded to Amazon.
