Article Booklet Rewrite on Real Estate Investing

Project Description:
This is a project for a rewrite of a booklet on the advantages of investing in real estate. I will provide a sample booklet from another investor friend of mine plus the first chapter of my real estate investing book "7 Secrets Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know".

As well I will include my presentation on Co Ownership/Joint Ventures in real estate and a presentation on private lending from a RRSP and/or a savings account.

All four of these will need to be combined into a FREE Booklet/FREE Report that I will be using for lead capture and for distribution at my real estate investing classes.

The booklet would have 3 main parts.

1. Advantages and Disadvantages of Real Estate as an Investment Vehicle.

2. How to Profit from Your RRSP and/or Equity and/or Your Underperforming Savings/Mutual Fund Accounts by Private Lending.

3. How to Enjoy the Benefits of Real Estate Investing without the Hassles of Tenants, Toilets or Trash by using a Co-Ownership Model.

Length of the Booklet would be about 15 pages (5000-7500 words)

From here I'd like to hire someone on a full time basis to produce the below listed project that will be posted AFTER the above work has been completed.

The rewrite/writing of blog articles/press releases could also be bid on or commented on in this project post if you are not interested in the longer booklet/FREE Report writing.

I have included the article from a friend as a basis point to start from.

I will hire someone for the cover design later on.

Number of Words: 400-500 Words

Budget : up to $3 per article-if you offer services for larger quantities of articles please indicate that as may use 30-50 articles/press releases per month.

Articles : The articles will be about commercial and residential real estate buying, real estate selling, real estate investing, private lending and real estate tips and training for the Canadian market place.

I will provide most of the references/samples/books for summary/articles for summary.

I will also give the format for the article and also an example. I've included a sample of articles that I subscribe to for use on my blogs/website/newsletters/emails etc. This would be a sample of a finshed product or similar. If you have a better format please submit that. I'd prefer to have a main heading with 2-3 subheads too-which these articles don't have.

I will be adding my own contact information on the first 10 articles. Once we've established a first contract/project that we're both satisfied with I'll have you insert my contact information on the upcoming articles.

With a successful project I will also be looking for someone to summarize books that I've read and in which I've circled/highlighted key information. That will be posted as a separate project next month or after successful completion of this project.

This is going to be an ongoing basis. I need reliable writers with excellent English-prefer English as a first language.
