Ideally you will be a real estate agent or Realtor with a knack for writing. What we are looking for are articles on local Atlanta markets like the Smyrna area, Vinings, Buckhead, Five-points, Midtown, Roswell, Sandy Springs, etc. You will need to know the market or be an expert in researching how a market is doing. There will be one article for each submartket and each has to have talking points on average house value, # of houses on market, how quickly they are selling, info on quality of local schools and everything else a potential buyer of a house would like to know. If you are not a real estate agent in metro Atlanta you can expect lots of research to do a single article.
The articles also need to be written in a way that promotes our site, which refers or represents real estate agents to buyers and sellers of homes in the Atlanta area. We have a special business model that seeks buyers and sellers of home all over the nation and refer them agents we screen and qualify, just a fyi.
If you have understanding and experience with writing for seo that is a plus.
