English to French translation (holiday villa rentals related)

Project Description:
We have a website provides luxury and private holiday villa rentals in Bali, contains more than 500 villas/houses.

We are looking for a native French translator to translate the website into French language. Would like to start the project for about 25,000 words (original articles), so bids should be for the 25,000 words.

Once completed, we'll continue with more words to be translated. and the cooperation will continue for blog writing; one or two articles /week. This is a long term cooperation.

Requirements:
1. Articles must be manually translated and written
2. No use of Google translator or any other software
3. Articles must have Zero percent punctuation and grammar errors
4. Easy to read and good quality

I will provide samples when I short list the bids.
