We are a UK based business whose aim is to offer overseas property investment opportunities (property/land in Brazil,Czech R, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Albania, Turkey and other countries) to UK investors/buyers.
It’s a very exciting area however as we (and our website) are quite new we are not yet receiving much traffic...this is a problem for us...only a small amount of on-page SEO has been carried out but nothing more..

We think that this is a very exciting project and we are happy to pay a fair price for dedicated expert work that can get us good results - this will certainly lead to on-going business on this site and on other sites.
We are from an IT background and are aware of (but have not implemented ourselves) various SEO techniques - - however we wish a specialist company to manage these activities for us while we concentrate on sales activities.
We wish to embark upon a campaign to improve (over time) the Page rank of our existing site (a very new site but with a PR2 currently) and to generate highly relevant traffic – UK people wishing to buy overseas property investments.
We wish for an analysis of our competition & their links, our own current main websites structure; pages present (and pages missing that we should create) content, tags and everything else required to enhance/achieve results including link building, RSS feeds, Bloggs, page submission, article submissions to directories/social networking sites etc etc..
We wish to be very careful about the methods we use and are looking at pure white hat techniques and can wait the time for them to work....although we would like work to begin very soon.
We need to be properly advised by an expert who errs on the side of caution but still gets great results.
We are looking for a company that is very good to deal with and that is very professional.
We see the likely need to have additional websites developed catering to the different markets we wish to sell in (www.buypropertyinbrazil.com, www.buypropertyinturkey.com, etc etc.) and will be looking for advice on this and it's impact on our overall strategy. Some of the sites can be quite simple, some will need some CRM and additional features to achieve our objectives etc.. RSS news feeds, blogs. We may need to replace/modify our current main site.
Some of our competitors have 100’s of websites in operation in order to drive traffic.
IN THE FIRST INSTANCE WE NEED SOMEONE EXCEPTIONAL AND WITH PROVEN WEB BUSINESS EXPERIENCE TO HELP US ANALYSE - WHAT WE WISH TO DO - WHAT OUR COMPETITORS ARE DOING AND THEN TO DEVISE OUR OWN WEB MARKETING STRATEGY FROM A HIGH LEVEL – DO WE WANT 1 SITE OR 100 SITES…WHY? WHAT WILL THEY BE DOING, HOW WILL THEY LINK ETC? (Sorry for the capitals)
A master plan needs to be developed and presented to us but clearly it will not be developed over a cup of coffee. If the winning bidder is accessible I will travel for a full detailed initial meeting - before doing that I would want to be sure that the winning bidder can help us greatly in our efforts.
Once a plan has been established we will need people to implement it on an on-going basis with periodic reviews. We will require full reporting on work carried out, back links achieved etc..
We feel that initially someone dedicated to our project about one day per week or one week per month would be sufficient (for SEO/submissions only) …please bid on that basis, for one week of time (36 hours) per month.
We wish to plan ahead as to what targets we are expecting to meet against SERPS results (UK) against keywords phrases, traffic expectations, page rank uplift etc..
We’re very new but very serious about making this project a success and are seeking only those with a proven track record and who are also very committed and enthusiastic. Our success is your success.

The person/company whose offer we accept would be able to do all the SEO work & submissions etc however it is likely that they might wish to recommend other companies/individuals to carry out tasks perhaps not covered by their own skills or areas of activity (maybe website design/copywriting) and to be fully protecting our interests......by recommending excellent companies and ensuring good prices & services.
Again our interests should become your interests to our mutual benefit.
