Seo Outsourcing
We have an Seo service that we wish to outsource. We have many client web sites that we wish to optimise on a month by month basis. We will select one or more service providers on a test basis.
Service providers would be paid as a monthly figure per domain. Bid price should be based on monthly amount per domain.
Service providers must supply list of reference sites for whom you have done SEO work for and the keywords for such.
What we will provide:

What we would require:
Initially:
1) Analyse site content and architecture and make recommendations
- Develop target keyword lists
- Report detailing suggested content changes
o Page Text changes including titles, page url names and heading tags
o Report listing suggested meta tags for each page
o ALT tag suggestions for each object on each page
o etc
- Competitive Search with a list of competitors, their number of inbound links and their PR#s for each competitor and the keywords targeted by each competitor
Monthly basis:
1) Monthly Activity Report
- Google PR per page
- Link Popularity Report
- Link building campaign
o List of new inbound links and their corresponding PR
o List of reciprocal links and their corresponding PR
- Report detailing the results on each of the following search engines for each keyword:
o Google (Region specific per client target market ie. Google.com.au)
o Yahoo (Region specific per client target market) ie yahoo.com.au)
o MSN (Region specific per client target market ie. Ninemsn.com.au)
o Overture
o DMOZ
o Ask Jeeves
o AOL
2) Generate links
- Inbound
- reciprocal
3) Suggestions for improvements to the site that result in higher organic listing and a cost estimate to perform improvements
4) Manage search engine submissions
5) Competitive Search with a list of competitors, their number of inbound links and their PR#s for each competitor and the keywords targeted by each competitor
SEO Guidelines:
- Minimum PR of 4 for each inbound or reciprocal link
- 50% 1 way non-reciprocal links. 50% reciprocal links each month
- Inbound links anchor text to include keywords
- 50 links per month per site
- Will not accept large number of links from the same C class of IP addresses.
- Each link must be relevant
- Must be Google crawled and indexed with last 45 days
- No links to/from link farms, FFA or spam websites
- No links from pages with more than 25 links (inbound and outbound)
- No dynamic or automated link systems
