Website redesign and header creation needed

Project Description:
Looking for someone to professionally edit my existing 3-column css template and create a custom header.Looking to get rid of the "amateurish" style for something more professional.
You should be creative when it comes to color schemes, header design, and general look and feel.
(Preferred website colors are perhaps blue/black, blue/orange, green/yellow, red/other,...???)
Of course these are just recommendations. other creative suggestions and input is desired.
Furthermore, a custom header will be needed. The header should be sized at 800px x 135px,
and 725 x 127px. It should contain an mp3 player with earphones, sound waves, and my domain name. this also is a recommendation. other suggestions are welcome and desired.

attached is my current css and an example html page.
