Project Description:

Seeking a full time, multi-skilled Virtual Assistant for SEO related responsibilities to support sites in a variety of niches. A Filipino living in the Philippines is desired.

Primary activities and tasks:

1. Content creation – article writing and rewriting
2. Submissions – post to top article directories and Web 2.0 sites such as (Squidoo, Hubpages).

You will be required to meet a content creation standard of a minimum 4 high quality articles per day and upon approval, submit them to directories or Web 2.0 sites.

After daily content creation and submission requirements have been met, other tasks to be performed include: forum/blog posting, link building, and social bookmarking.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. English proficiency is a must. Ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to display oral and written communications with excellence.
2. Must have experience in successful article writing. The standard of measurement for acceptable content is it must be well researched, written in American English, conversational, interesting and informative.
3. Content must also be delivered error-free. No duplicate content. Must pass Copyscape.
4. Effective SEO/link building skills.
5. Must be responsible and loyal to work fulltime and only for me and not anyone else.
6. Timeliness is very important. You will be required to effectively organize tasks for expeditious and efficient completion. Meeting project completion schedule and quality standards is required.
7. Project status update is required on a daily basis. Excel spreadsheet showing work flow progress is a must.
8. Understand screen sharing software may be used during your work hours.
9. Must have access to a high speed internet connection and your own computer.
10.Must be an individual (not a company). Preferred candidate is a Filipino living in the Philippines.

Please send your bid for 1 month of work (40 hours per week x 4 weeks = 160 hours per month). Schedule required is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Compensation is currently budgeted for around 275 USD a month to start. Compensation will be paid twice per month (1st and 15th). Bonuses and pay increases will be given to top performer. Initial pay review will occur after 3 months. The 13th month will be celebrated as well!
