Project Description:

Please read carefully. I need a freelancer to do two things:

1. Design a credit card banner and assist me how to install it to my forum site. Here is the site:

www.vegasbetforum.com

You must help me install the banner to the right or left side of the forum page, and it must appear on every page of the forum. When others click on the banner, it must lead them to my credit card site. Also, notice the banner at the top of my site, I need you to removed that and replace it with a new one.

2. Help assist me install and get my credit card website running. I have the php-code, domain, and hosting service, so what you do is help give me the instruction on how to install, host, and get it running.

Forms of communication can be done through google talk or yahoo IM. Again, please make sure you read this project detail twice before you bid. Please also make sure you can do this job for me and you must be serious. I also need this project finished within 5 days after I reward it to you, so make sure you can do that. The bidder with experience and lowest bid will get this job.
