Project Description:
Do not bid on this project unless you 100% have read the description and complyWe are looking for a very sharp and experienced C# developer to integrate into a Payment Gateway supporting 12 transaction types (eg. Authorization, Cancel, Sale, Capture, Refund, ...). All transaction types are built using XML and send to a server using HTTPS.
If this is outside your expertise - DO NOT BID!
Requirements:
4+ years of C# experience
Can work independently and structured
Good communication
Experience:
.NET Framework 2.0
Subversion
NUnit
Task:
Is to read api documentation (117 pages) and understand this
To look at sample interface to be used and understand this
Document how you want to code this and raise any questions before coding
Communicate directly to payment gateway support
Make frequently releases during development in a timely manner
Document code
Write test cases
You must be able to develop quality code, easily readable, documented with good exception handling.

I partially agree with you when you say that probably there are so much bulk bidders. And it's a shame that an excellent portal like this has become this way. But, for other hand, don't you think that it's a completely waste of time for us to trying to comply with all your requirements only to see that perhaps you don't like our CV?
I think that you can obtain better results if first you do a preselect few profiles and if you're are interested in one of us, please let us know, and after that, i think that we (at least myself) are pleased to send you all the requirements.
As you can see i'm not a bulk bidder.
