Project Description:

We are looking for someone who is very familiar with Joomla or other CMS based websites Our current flash based website needs to completly replaced with something that is more current both graphically and functionally. It also needs to be VERY SEO friendly. Traffic from this site is our only source of marketing and it needs to show up highly. SEO optimized content will be provided by others but the design of the website needs to reflect this goal. The new site can be template based but should have its own personality and flair. We may like to incorporate some of the flash elements of our current site to the new site. This could be a splash page or a banner element. Main elements of new site will include but not be limited to

Welcome- Window to open with a brief description of the company and site
products- Links to the manufacturers we carry with one sentance description approx 150
Services - A list of all our services each with a paragraph or so of content
Process- An outline of our process with descriptions by phase and graphical elements to define
gallery - Approx 50 or so pictures of past work
articles - 10 articles that can be added to easily via CMS
Contacts. - The usual with a direct submission page and link to email
Questinairre - Form to fill out via web that is already created in PDF. This form when submitted should send email in easy to read format to the admninistrator
FAQ - Approx 20 or so faq frames with the last to contain a section to add one of their own. This submitted form will be sent to admin
Blog - Link to a blog site. Preferably where they do not have to leave the page to view. This would be helpful for quick and timely additions when articles would be too long to write.Example would be a new piece of gear.
Testimonials - Approx 50 already recieved items with the possiblity of the last to link to a
Video - A section where the visitor can see video images of work in progress, new product, or other relavent material. I would like to be able to add content via CMS.

Bidder should be familiar with all aspects of webdesign, coding, and proficient with graphical programs to allow for a turn key solution. Deliverables will include coordination with the copywriter and hosting company to get a fully operational website up and online. Original code to reamin the property of the client. Also an HTML and mobile version would be good to incorporate but not necessary in first round. Please tell us if this would be included in bid.



Ultimately I will be most impressed with the bidder with prior experience, good communication, quick replies, excellent samples, and someone who promises to offer a turn key solution in a short amount of time.

Bidders should be prepared to offer samples of three similar projects, agree to a time line for completion and be available to start immediately. All communication to be in English so a good command of the language is prefered.

Winnign bidders will be asked to produce as many as three designs for the site and make alterations as needed to finish the project. We have a rough sketch of what the site should be like and the functionality of this but graphically it needs tuning and functionaly needs to be more SEO friendly.

Budget for this project can not exceed $500. Main decision will be on quality of work but preference will be to those willing to beat this budget.

Time is of the escence with this project. We will hope to be completly functional within 2-3 weeks.
