Dear sirs

we are looking for someone to design a project of a line to assemble desktop pcs and laptops.

here are the requirements

1.- Layout of warehouse required to manufacture 2000 desktop and 500 laptops a month.
2.- the assembly will be done from parts available in the market.
3.- layout must include warehouse for stocking at least 6 months worth of parts to assemble the mentiones quantities every month, and will be filled accordingly
4.- line must be automated to a sense that it should be able to send by conveyor belt the spare parts to the assembly team where team will assemble machines and they will send to testing, etc.
5.- warehouse must also include a packing area where the end product will be packed and placed into smaller stock room of finalized desktops.
6.- warehouse must have entry and exit points. for logistics delivery of machines, and to receive spare parts to the stocking room.

hi guys

in addition to the layout, i require to know the material i will require and the companies i can purchase said material.

as for the information requested, it's the following:

1.- plant will be installed in zimbawe

2.- the warehouse will be done in prefabricated stainless steel

3.- computers will be assembled manually by people but the machines must travel by conveyor.

4.- automatic tools, works should be able to have access to automated tools like electric screedrivers (or pneumatic) at all times. companies usually install hanging screwdrivers that are grabbed whenever required by the workers.
