Project Description:
Need website designed and hosted for a school newspaper. Will have one main page and at least 6 tabs. Must support pics and videos. User registration required to view full articles and to comment on articles. Must be able to add our own advertisers. must have domain name owned by us. Need to be easy to use and upload new articles on all pages. Also would like an iphone/android app for this as well. We have a couple sites we like and would like it to be similar. site needs to be appealing, bright, user friendly. Time sensitive project.
Similar site is legalnews.org. maybe freep.com. I like the ability for users to comment on articles that are liked via facebook (like freep.com)
Each tab must have each campus name and have the same look and feel of the main page. It is important to be able to have advertisers that we select on the pages.
The main page will have school wide news. Check psuvanguard.com. Once someone clicks on the "read more" they should be prompted to login and post via facebook or create an account, which needs to be approved. The name and email address, campus attended should be required.
Once registered and/or approved, they then can comment. Comments must be able to be deleted by us if needed.
Also, as features are needed, it should be able to able them (we will use you).
Included with this we need email accounts, at least 5. I would like to have cooleypillar.com. When linking the tabs for each campus, the site would read cooleypillar.com/annarbor etc etc.
