This is fully customizable, and i need to changue this new template:

You must add all features of template1:
1.Home with banner images and wellcome text
2.News with image, short and long text
3.About us with image and text
4.Gallery with unlimated gallerys and pictures
5.Contact page with google map, formulary and social media
6.mp3 player
7.newslatter registration
All this features must be controled by admin...and i must can to changue logo,background,title...etc...
I need to use the same admin skin and same database structure...Users will can changue web template without lost old texts and pictures....do you understand???
