Project Description:
there
here is the project for step 2
Comments and Map integration.
"Comments
Only users with valid tickets(Ticket date may be past/present/future) can leave feedback in the system.
User can go to their “My Tickets” Menu and there we will put a “Leave Feedback” option for each Bus Provider. ( FOR THE BUS PROVIDER THEY USE NOT FOR ALL THE BUS PROVIDERS FOR EXAMPLE IF THEY BOUGHT TICKET FOR PROVIDER MAX AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE JORNEY THEY CAN LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR THE PROVIDER MAX .)
Clicking on “Leave Feedback” it will give a text box for user to enter their comments. The comments will be restricted to 1000 words Max.
Once the comments are submitted, user can’t edit the comments.
Comments Display Specification :
The comments will be displayed in this page (http://2dayexpress.com/available_seat.php).
When any bus is selected the comments for the provider of that bus will be displayed. Important thing to note, the comments are against the provider of the bus and not for a particular bus.
We will display 5 latest comments max. And if there are more comments, there will be a “More” link at the end of the comment display area and clicking on the same will pop up a box an all additional comments will be displayed there.
For each comment we will display the first 15 words and if the comment is more than 15 words then we will display a “Read Full” link and clicking on that will show the full comment in a separate box.
Comment Moderation Specification
To efficiently handle any abusive user we need to have a admin post-moderation functionality.
If any user is posting abusive comments, busadmin or any other persons can email administrator about the same. Then admin (not busadmin) can login and review that particular comments and take that comment offline (unpublish). If admin wants the same comment can be again published.
We will create a dashboard for admin where admin can view all the comments and there will be a two radio buttons which can bet set to publish OR unpublish for each of the comments.
The dashboard will be paginated to view 20 comments at a time in reverse chronology.

OK ITS ALL LOOK GOOD , BUT I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ANY OTHER MODIFICATION CAN BE DONE ONLY AFTER I CAN SEE IT WORKING ON THE SITE . PLEASE REVIEW IT AND LET ME KNOW .
