We are looking for a contracted phone support which work as our reception, and can take our customer phone calls and filter in the following way:
1. Sales enquiries -> transfer to our sales staff
2. After sales enquires -> For all after sales enquires we would ask the customer to send us an email instead of ringing us.
This contract also requires very high standard customer service satisfaction rate, it is prohibited to make angry customers and the ultimate goal is to soften tensions and smooth the conversation and give customers the directions of how to contact us.
We require good English verbal skills.
As a small operation we only have approx 60 phone calls per day. So we also have a small budget.
We use 3CX phone system which you'll be given a few extension numbers of ours to connect to our phone server.
This would be a long term, monthly paid contract service. Please place your bid for monthly cost and we'll consider. Thanks

1. Answer phone calls
2. Getting information on type of inquiry
3. If Sales inquiry, transfer to our internal sales team, if after sales claims, take customer's email and name, then send them an "automatic non-reply" link (we provide).
4. 7 Days a week, approx 10 hours per day.
It can be a shared agent, as it won't be busy, only average 50-60 phone calls per day, non-peak to peak from 20 - 100 phone calls. However we need high quality service with satisfaction guarantee.
