We are looking for Tech Support Officers/ Tech Support Representatives to help us in solving technical problems of our customers. Agents must be computer literate, knows about computer hardware, experienced in Customer Service Support or Call Center Industry as Tech Support Representatives.
Inbound calls routed from TOLL-FREE Number from customers.
Seats Requirement: 80-100 Seats
24 X 7 Working Hours
Calls handling period : not more than 4 mins/call
Salary 2-8 USD/hour per agent
The Payment is on Monthly basis
Training will be paid.
