We are a 13 year old web design agency that works near exclusively for other web design agencies.
But a cleint identified that as we are all techie, none of us can properly audit a website from a non tech user point of view.
We want to come up with and offer a package to audit websites in half day packages, itemising out what we will do, and providing a report of what we find and showing URLs, screenshots and ideally video of the page issues.
If you offer such a service, please contact by reply with your rate.
Specifically, the client has asked that if, during the audit you find a major issue that is preventing a lot of the audit (for example a password access site where the password does not work) you would inform us straight away before continuing, rather than audit around it and produce a report of minor issues or no issues as unable to audit extensively.
This really is auditing of big websites with no technical skills required - please do not bid if you want to provide WC3 complain reports, etc this is more about
* is the navigation clear?
* Are the fonts easy to read?
* do you understand the sites purpose?
* Is it easy to read or too busy?
* Do all the links work?
*Which pages are confusing?
And so on.

But this is an example not a live client.
After the audit expect some back and forth for clarification on what you mean with some points, and to explain further, your reply must be a written report with follow ups as may be required.
Ideally we want to offer this as a regular service through vworker (all my work is done through vworker) so please provide links to details about what you do, or itemised inventory of what you will do for a typical audit.
