We are looking for a customer service rep to handle all phone calls of our buyers and callers and simply attend the phone calls coming in and giving general information such as shipping schedules, delivery methods, and other general things like that. Very simple task. This is for our e-commerce site and most callers are from the USA and so you must know english and we prefer customer service rep from the Phillipines.
Hours are 10:00 AM to 5 PM 5 Days a week Hourly is around 5$ per hour.
After you get the customer's call, you simply input into an excel report, the calls that came in that day and reason for call that's all. any specific calls , you simply tell the customer to send an email to sales.
