Description: Centre has to provide customer support for USA leading online retail shop. Centre has to provide knowledge support to customers. Centre has to assist and help the customers to buy the products and guide them to using the website to full extent.
Payout: $10 per hour per system
Seats: 20 seats
Working Hours: 2030-0530 HRS IST
Working days: Monday to Saturday.
Payment Cycle & Mode: Fortnight and Bank Wire.
Client pays Fortnight advance payment of $100,000 before going live.
Training: Will be for 6 days and 5 hours a day via Skype.
Contract: Minimum of 24 months and can be extended with mutual consent from both the parties.
Sign up: With end client based in USA. Sign up can be done Online or center can visit to client place.
Technologies: Minimum of Leased Line with 2Mbps 1:1 Ratio with hardware based Firewall and should have Dell or IBM Server for Chatting platform installation with configuration of Intel Dual Quad Core Xeon E5405 2.0 GHZ
(8 Cores) and server should run Ubuntu Linux 11 Server. Workstation should have Dual Core or above with minimum of 2 Gigs of RAM.
Other Stuffs: Centre must provide all the chat transcripts on daily basis via client FTP. Chat drops or Customer complaints should not cross more than 5% on weekly basis.
Sign up Procedure:
1. Centre Profile will be screened
2. Centre Visiting and Centre Auditing
3. Centre Finalizing from Client.
4. SLA will be done.
5. Client will start training and Client will install their chatting applications and platform into dedicated server.
6. Client release advance billing to Centre main bank account.
7. Centre goes live.
Upfront: INR 6,00,000 (4,00,000 Refundable 2,00,000 Registration Charges)
