We have a lot of customer service inquiries that come up. You'll need to answer emails, look up customer data, verify receipts, login to our system and send them the products that they're asking for. Also reply with a warm and inviting tone. It's so critical that we improve our customer service urgently. We don't have a lot of daily requests, but we can't keep up with what we have. We may have 5 or 7 different requests in a day. Mostly customers are not receiving their products or they don't know how to access, or they just need to get a response.
