We are looking for a person who can act as the first level of our customer service for our beauty store, replying customer questions by email. This means that this person will receive emails from customers asking information about their orders or about the website, in several languages. Most of the queries have an easy answer and should be answered with reasonable speed, and all the questions with a more difficult/unknown answer should be forwarded to our local L2 customer service.
We provide customer service in 9 languages, sometimes replying with predefined answers, sometimes with short sentences automatically translated (Your order is ready. Thanks for your attention.) or sometimes in English.
- Language knowlgede: if you speak any other european language such as spanish, german, italian, french, it will be an advantatge.
- Customer service experience: if you have done this work previously it is also an advantatge.
- Proper spelling of words and ability to sintetize the message. This is specially important when translating messages with automatic translators. Long sentences, complicated messages, look akward even when being translated among similar languages. Instead, simple, short sentences can be easily translated.
We receive around 7 mails which need to reply every day, which should be answered as they arrive (within reason). We are looking for a person for long term which will need some training. We expect to keep growing so we will need somebody for more hours as we grow.
If the person works well we may add more tasks to his/her responsability.
