I'm looking for TWO support people for seasonal work, from now until Dec
I need one person that can work from 12Noon Eastern to 8PM
I need one person that can work overnights 10PM Eastern to 6AM

ENGLISH ONLY - Please Note that for this position you are required to speak/read English 110% (much better than I can :-)
What we are looking for is someone that is familiar with an online support
desk system like Hesk or OsTicket. (We use ZenDesk)
You will be required to;
#1- Be super professional, and attend every staff meeting (we have them weekly)
#3- Answer Voice mail, eMails AND support tickets 7 times a day, as needed according to the hours you will be monitoring.
You Must Be
a- Able to literally call anywhere in the world (ESPECIALLY within the U.S. and Canada)
b- Highly organized
c- Able to operate well on your own, fight fires and come up with "common sense" solutions with little "hand holding"
d- Very flexible with your schedule
e- Very responsive as our support emails / tickets need to be replied to
on a regular, consistent basis in order to keep our customers happy.
f- Available 14-28 hours a week
g- HONEST with time card billing (Sad but you have to say this at times)
This position is for an all around customer support person who is able to wear many hats at once, because during the course of a day you may end up being; Personal assistant, administrator, project manager, customer support person and affiliate manager all in one. If you are not one who deals with having multiple responsibilities on an ever changing basis this may not be for you.
