My Name is Anityam Kalita, Allow me to introduce myself with my experiences as a Customer Support Associate & Telle Caller.
Customer Support Associate:
1. Macys Credit Customer Service (MCCS):
I have worked 24 Months for Macys (A chain of departmental store in U.S.) as a Customer Service Representative through HCL Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Noida (India). As a Customer Service Representative my key role was to solve all type of credit queries that customer had with their Macys Store & Visa Credit Cards. Also to help customer's with their online shopping while educating the benefits of shopping more with Macys. Now while doing this job i enjoyed a lot as i love to interact with different people over the phone which results in maintaining a good rapport with the customers and receiving excellent customer service feedback. Working for Macys was like winning a star for you have to go through all the hurdles (Irate Customers, Account Deleting Customers, Unhappy Customers etc). So, in short i would love to work again if i were given a chance.
2. AT&T (U.S):
I have worked 18 months with U.S. AT & T as a Technical Support Associate. Well it was all a different experience working in a Technical Profile for I was responsible to give remote assistance to people who had Network & System Issues. Inorder to resolve clients queries sometimes it takes about 1-2 hrs of time, but it was all a great experience.
Besides this, I worked as a 3rd Party Debt Collector for Monarch Recovery Management and Tate & Kirlin Associate (U.S) through Jindals Intellicom (Delhi).
Telesales:
Talking about telesales i believe Telecallers never sell a product instead they sell their ideas and views to another person on the other end of the line and once the contact is established and customer buys his/her ideas we call it a Telesale.
Now i have a total 5 yrs of Experience in Telesales as a Telle Caller, the following are the few campaigns that i had work for in my career:
1. Yellow Pages (U.S): In this campaign my job was to call other business services for getting them listed with One of the Yellow Pages Company located in US. Offering various kinds of benefits and plans was one of the tool that helped me in getting the numbers rolling.
2. Mortgage (U.S & Canada): In this project i was suppose to take down a mortgage survey from the clients and later make it a hot transfer to the Mortgage Officer close the deal, after getting an application done. Now talking about Mortgage, it is not a easy task as it needs a lot of patience and convincing power. Still i was successful in achieving my targets on a daily basis because of positive thinking, strong will power and a belief of never giving up on any customer without trying to convert them.
3. Debt Consolidation (U.S): Through this project I believe I have helped a lot of people in saving their money while consolidating their unsecured debts with something good which i offered and as a customer they accepted.
5. Pay Day Loan (U.S): This campaign was good and was customer oriented for it actually helped people. People who were in need of urgent money was getting a good response through this campaign.
6. Credit Card Processing (U.S): It was another new experience for me as my job was to contact those customer's who were paying high interest on their Credit Processing though the Card Card Machine. My job profile was to educate the customer's what they are paying and what they can save once the Credit Card Processing gets transferred to our clients.
Anyway, it was a great Call Center Experience I've had in my BPO Career. As i always believe that___"A mountain cannot be higher than your confidence because once you reach the top it will be always under your feet".
