Hello,
After 10 years in small business without a fulltime bookkeeper, the books are on / off and all over the place. Please help!
This job will be mostly data entry of bank statements in Quickbooks.
Please note, there are 20-24 Quickbooks files to consolidate and clean up beforehand. This is like surgery as there are some differences in chart of accounts. I will be available to help w/ this part and anything regarding correct category placement.
Also, there are dozen bank accounts, personal and business, checking and savings. A serial bank polygamist. I can email links of the bank statements. They will be well organized by each bank account and it's corresponding monthly statement.
This is a serious Spring cleaning. 120+ hours of work.
Objective:
Organize the books to correct accounting.
Qualifications:
Must have Quickbooks.
Must be able to convert to and from Quickbooks 2007 for Mac.
Must be the 'neat and organized' personality type.
Must enjoy sorting thru a big pile of chaos and shaping it into a small pile of clarity and calm.
Duties:
Data entry of bank statements to correct accounts in Quickbooks.
Consolidate 20-24 Quickbooks files to 1 Quickbooks file without error or duplications.
