* Email Communication
* Issue check invoices for customer and follow-up payment
* Maintaining good customer support
* Maintains availability of office supplies
* Reconcile accounts and adjustments

* General data entry
* Submits reports to the department head


Skill Requirements:
* Experience with full-time virtual work
* MS Office (excel in particular) and QuickBooks
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to handle multitask and is organize
* Recognize and problems and find resolve immediately
* Ability to handle pressures in work
* Ability to handle issues with the customers
