Virtual office assistant needed for Swedish company based in Hong Kong. Position involves a diverse range of tasks such as basic accounting, data entry and report writing.
1. Proficient written and spoken English
2. Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
3. Good learning ability
1. Knowledge of accounting software, preferably online systems such as Xero.com
2. Knowledge of working "in the cloud", preferably with Google apps software such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs.
3. Basic knowledge of working in Sugar CRM or related CRM software
The position is a long term and full time (160 hours per month). 1 Month trial prior to final recruitment.
