Project Description:
Domestic Outbound

o B2B Campaign (E Marketing Company)
o Basic work: To set an appointment for the Advertising company
o Languages: Regional + Hindi + English
o Minimum Seats to start: 50
o Payout per seat: 26000 INR + Service Tax + Telephone Expenses
o Total Payout 26000*50 seats= 1300000 INR
o Registration Charges: 700000 INR (14000 per seat * 50 seats)
 20% at the time of NDA
 50% at the time of LOI
 30% at the time of SLA
o Royalty: 6% per seat Every Month from Billing till contract period.

 East :150
 North: 200
 West:200
 South: 200

Things to be notified:

o Training will be provided by the Company, starting from 1st of March to 7th of March. Live date for the process is 1st of April.
o The company will pay advance billing of 40% to 50% before starting up the process in March mid week.
o Script will be provided by the Company.

No special clauses are mentioned in the SLA Agreement for Voice Process except the Requirements for Setup detailed below and Number of Appointments (3 to 6) on a daily basis

Requirements for Setup:
• Normal Workstation with PC Setup
• PRI Lines
• Dialer with Recording
• 1 QA and 1 TL
