Project Description:

We need a list of Facilities Managers for shopping centers in the Denver front range area...Fort Collins to Pueblo, Colorado. Facilities Managers are also often called Construction Managers, Operations Managers, and Maintenance Managers.

Please compile a data file suitable for import into Outlook including

Direct or Mobile Phone
email

Compiled data should be normalized, corrected for spelling and format, and free of font attributes.

Please submit a per-record price assuming at least 100 records.

To clarify our requirements: this project is 1st to FIND & IDENTIFY the shopping centers and shopping malls, and 2nd to compile the data file. We do not have a list or source for this information...you will need to research it first.

We are interested only in shopping centers and shopping malls which have a central management office. We are not interested in shopping districts which are areas with many individual shops but no central management for all shops.

If you don't understand what we are looking for, you won't be able to perform well on this.

I apologize for any misunderstanding.

To make sure there are no misunderstandings, please note the following. This refers to a previously submitted spreadsheet which was useless for us (See Copy Attached)

1. We are interested in shopping centers and shopping malls, not businesses and stores which are in the malls.

2. Shopping mall description:

3. You may be confused by the listings you find like

A. No. 46...Macy's is the store and is in the shopping center named the Crossroads Mall in the city of Boulder. We need the contact at the Crossroads Mall, NOT at Macy's.

B. No. 30...Kim may be the right person, a Sr. Property Manager for the Flat Iron Crossing Mall, but 2152 Old Navy is a store in the mall.

C. No. 17...Finish Line is a store in the shopping center named The Promenade Shops at Centerra at the street address 5897 Sky Pond Drive

4. Formats:

A. Phone and Fax number should be in the format xxx-xxx-xxxx, not (xxx) xxx-xxx or anything else

B. to get the correct and consistent address and format, use Google maps or mapquest.com For example: No. 15...Flat Iron Crossing is in the city of Broomfield, but the Street Address is not also Broomfield. Also, please use Ft. Carson, Ft Carson or Fort Carson, but not all three...we need consistency for the database.

C. Please check your entries for accuracy (No. 11 & 12, City), font formatting (Should be none) and leading spaces, trailing punctuation, etc.

D. Please do not include duplicate entries (No. 51 & 77)

This is NOT a project you can do by simply grabbing data that pops up in Google...you will need to do real research.
