Light Customer Service
• Must have a phone (Currently we do not experience a high call volume, about 1-5 calls per month.) This may change as we are currently having SEO work done on the site, IF YOU ARE BIDDING YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT WE CAN'T ESTIMATE BY HOW MUCH THE CALL VOLUME WILL CHANGE.
• We have an 800 number where customers can call for customer service. The calls are forwarded to your number where you must answer customer’s questions in a friendly manner. This will be from 9am- 7pm (New York time).
• If any sales are made you will be required to call customer - thank them for choosing our site and make sure they are happy with they're order.
• You must have a noise free environment to answer calls in.
I will provide you with some helpful guidelines on how to respond to customer. You must have previous experience in handling customers.
• Must be fluent in English and speak clearly.
• Besides answering the occasional call you will be answering customers questions through a live chat. You will be signed on to this chat from 9am-7pm (New York time).
• My site sells Wedding and party favors. So female representatives are preferred. You should be able to relate to the customer.
• You will be dealing with customers from the United States only as we do not sell outside of the U.S. at this time.
• Bilingual (english and spanish) Speakers are a plus!
• The budget is very small for this because we have very little customers calling or chatting live with us for the month.
• You will NOT be cold calling customers. You will only be answering calls and chats that come to the site and 800 number. And you will be only calling customers who completed a sale.
• To start off I have a potential customer that has left a message on the 800 number. You will be required to call her back and assist her.
• You will NOT have to process any orders.
BUDGET- Is $25 for 31 day period since we currently are not experiencing many sales.
In the event that the SEO work currently being done on the site starts to be effective this month then pay will be based on how many sales were completed for the month. $45 if 50+ sales are made this month. $35 if 40+ sales are made this month.
NOTE: We are rarely getting sales. So $25 is most likely the payment.

I believe the customer is always right and you must be able to handle them in a friendly and courteous manner no matter how the customer behaves. I do not expect you to take abuse just to be able to handle the situation politely.
