import comments from excel to disqus

I have changed the comment function on my website (joomla), from Jcomment to Disqus. And I now have 51 old comments from Jcomment, that I would like to get imported to Disqus. I have extracted the comments, and have them available in an excel-file. I want you to convert the data from the excel-file to an XML file which I can use import the comments into Disqus.
