Project Description:
We are starting a new Prestashop store and need a contractor to add 2000 outdoor sports related products. We will be providing lists from our various manufacturers (approximately 15) of the products that we want added. The lists will be anything from an Excel spreadsheet to a scanned PDF of a catalog with items circled. We will provide as much information as is readily available, however we need someone to do the tedious work of standardizing product names, finding descriptions, photos, etc. Specific requirements for each vendor will be discussed as vendors are assigned.
Since this is the first time that we have dealt with importing information from these vendors we cannot be certain how long each one will take. Most information needed is available from the manufacturer's websites or marketing materials that we can provide. Many of our products have different attributes (colors, sizes, etc.), each attribute combination will count as one product but you will need to assign images correctly (blue shirt image shows when blue color is selected, for example). You do not have to add product features.
Milestone payments are as follows (NO EXCEPTIONS): 10% upon project acceptance, 18% at 400 items complete, 18% at 800 items complete, 18% at 1200 items complete, 18% at 1600 items complete, final payment at 2000 items complete.
Please remember that we will provide the contractor with as much information as possible, but each vendor is different in how they give us their information so it will be up to you to pull everything together and make it look great!
