Project Brief:
To develop an Assortment List applicable for different types of outlets: Example: Type Class A, Class B, Wholesalers, Self Service, Large Grocery, Small Grocery, Kiosk etc.
Categories involved: Cat A, Cat B, Cat C, Cat D
Brand involved: Brand A, B, C, D, E, F, G, F...
SKUs: A1, A2, A3, A4...B1, B2, B3, B4...C1, C2, C3, C4...and so on
This should be an Excel based template with built-in formulas based on business contribution and profitability factor of each brand/SKU. That means the formulas should be IF based, so that we can determine the profitability factor as well.
Once this is defined the result on the table should reflect with 'Y' sign wherever applicable to list the SKU in a particular outlet type.
