I am a user of a service called Fashion Monitor (http://www.fashionmonitor.com) and want to take the contacts they have in their system and convert them in to an Excel spreadsheet to use in my own contacts database.
In the system there are various sections and each contact may have one or more individuals. The structure of the Excel file must include all the details, such as company name, website, phone, fax, email, address and for each individual contact their name, phone number and email, but the Fashion monitor system is structured correctly so this should be easy to do.
I do not mind if the information is converted manually or by an automated process so long as it is accurate and as per Fashion Monitor.
The winner will have a unique login account and password to the system to do this job.
The job must be completed within 7 days of starting.
As a guide, today there are the following contact sections with the following number of contact companies in each, but this can change slightly, but is quite accurate:
Fashion media 2097 contacts
Fashion PR 1230 contacts
Fashion Brands 11787 contacts
Beauty Media 1138 contacts
Beauty PR 400 contacts
Beauty Brands 3444 contacts
Creative 598 contacts
Industry 625 contacts
Total contacts: 21319
I have full rights to access and use this information but want to reduce the time taken to create our own Excel file.
I have attached 2 screenshots of a sample contact that has many individuals so you can see what the service has and how it is presented, not all contacts have multiple contacts people.
Data collected must NOT be used for any other purpose or shared and the account used to access the information will be changed at the end of the project.
We will agree the Excel file prior to all the contact details being added but the attached images will help you see the information required.
