I have 16 workout routines that are in Excel format that need to be put in HTML format.
I have attached a workout to show you the current format of it. The data needs to be put in the exact html format as I give you. I have attached a sample html workout file to show you the format.
Basically you need to copy and paste the data to fit this table properties. The exercises will also need to be linked to pages on the site I show you.
