What we need is a formular for an excel data sheet. It can be done with excel itself or with some other program language. Output should be a excel file or it should update an excel file. Excel files are stored in folder for Years: 2012, 2013..., and in this folder are stored as [url removed, login to view], january.xlsx....
Please see excel file attached (sample).
First screen should be where i can choose what i want to do:
1. insert ordering data
2. insert invoice data
3. insert incoming order data

when i choose 1. insert ordering data the script should show me a formular where i can insert invoiceing party, purpose total and where i can select a category and my name from a list of names.
the script should then insert all data into sheet "ordering". ID is an ongoing id number, date should be actual date and sign should
2. insert invoice data
like above it should show me a formular where i can choose my name from a list and where i can insert invoice date, invoice number, total and where i can also choose a pdf from a folder - the path should be saved of the pdf file. And i would like to have a little search toll where i can search if a order exists to this invoice - searching for invoicing party. if i found what i was searching for it should automatically add ordering id
3. insert incoming order
like above it should show me a formular where i can choose my name from a list and wehre i can insert senders name, and a liitle description of the incoming goods. Like above i would like to have a little search field where i can search the sheet ordering - searching for invoicing party.

I have a long experience in the VBA and 3D Sheet programming in excel. And can do it very quickly. perhaps in 1 day.. but require 5 days as I have other things to do too.
