Thank you to all who placed their bid. We are now considering a few of you who were able to follow instructions properly and did the SAME sample as per the attached spreadsheet. We may award this project to TWO (2) encoders to speed up the completion time so if you want to be considered, please complete the example attached. You all will be doing this same sample sheet so for those who didn't bother to do so, your bid will be disregarded.
