Project Description:
We have a list based book typeset in InDesign (CS5). We need to extract the text and populate specifically described cells in Excel so that every list item in the main text can be searchable based on its many different characteristics. The initial text has 470 separately listed entries, of which each entry has up to 20 separate characteristics. Most of the cells can be filled by copying and pasting from InDesign into Excel, but a small number of characteristics (2 or 3) may need additional tags added also.
