I need a research project to be done for me. There is a website (I'll give more details to selected bidders) that has a list of products, categorized in two levels. I also have a PDF with similar information. I need a list of product names extracted from both and copied to an excel file. Info regarding the Website: ************************************ Here's what you will find in the website, explained with an example. Imagine we were speaking of TVs, the categorization in the website would be as follows: the top level could be "Plasma TVs", "LCD TVs", "LED TVs"; inside of each one, there would be subcategories like "42 inch", "36 inch" etc; and the products inside each subcategory would be things like "Sony Px3465 LCD TV", etc. When you go to each of these categories in the site, the specific products are listed INSIDE AN IMAGE per subcategory. So, the text cannot be copy-pasted or scraped, it has to be copied manually to an excel file. I'd need you to create the excel spreadsheet following this structure: - Main category1 -- Subcategory 1 --- Product name 1 --- Product name 2 --- Etc -- Subcategory 2 --- Etc - Category 2 -- Etc So, using the same example above, I'd need a list in excel like: - Plasma TVs -- 36 Inches --- Sony Px3465 LCD TV --- Etc -- 42 Inches --- Etc - LCD TVs -- Etc There are 14 categories in the website, on average each one has approx 10 subcategories (some up to 20, some only 4), and on average each category has 6 products, so we're speaking of approximately 840 products. Info regarding the PDF ****************************** In the PDF, there is only one level, that would correspond to the subcategories in the website mentioned above. There are approximately 80 subcategories, and on average inside each one there are approximately 6 products. There may be repeated products in some of the subcategories of the PDF and the website, I'd only need the product name once in the excel file (i.e. don't include repetitions). So, you should ADD the new products that are listed in the PDF but were not listed on the website to the list in the appropriate subcategory. If you want to bid for this project ****************************************** - Include the text "In understand I have to copy product names from images and a PDF into an excel file". - Give the final fixed price for this project, I think I've given enough information for you to give an accurate estimation. If not, feel free to ask me any further information you may need before bidding. - Give as accurate a completion time for the project as possible.
