I need a tool for this
I have a PDF file with a list of organizations laid out in sections. Would need to have the organizations and related information in a spread sheet format that can be sorted and filtered with certain criteria. The information on the right half of the section will not be needed. The line with the "medicare 1:" has a record on it for some of the organizations and this also needs to be captured in a seperate field.
The following fields/columns will be in the worksheet.
County, Region, License #, Agency Name, Medicare #, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Phone, Fax, Administrator and Services
