Project Description:
I have some graphical plans for land plots. Plot numbers are printed on plans. I want to create a database/excel file/comma delimited text file with top-left position of a tick (that can show up on the graphical plan) for each plot. The attached files in zip are for demonstration only.
The sh-site2.jpg is the graphic plan, the sh-site21.jpg is what it looks like when redt2.gif is placed over it (see the top right plots C1-C7).
You have to make an excel file (or access db or text file) like:
C01, 931, 112
C02, 831, 102
etc.
which means plot C01 is to be marked at pixel position 931,112, etc.
When the bidder is finalized, I'll give 3 graphics plans to create data for (having total about 2000 no. of plots)
