Project Description:
Attached is a survey. I need to hire someone to enter the questions and response options into an excel spreadsheet. Each question should have its own row. Column 1 would be the question. Column 2 Answer Option 1. Column 3 Answer Option 2 etc. There is a number code associated with many answers these should be included in the corresponding cell.
I am looking for someone who can complete this with a high level of accuracy and can complete this soon.
